Docutain Desktop langsam / Antimalware Service Executable

Hallo!

Mir ist in letzter Zeit aufgefallen das Docutain Desktop ziemlich langsam geworden ist, wenn ich so zwischen die Dokumente herumclicke auch beim einlesen etc.

Ich verwende Microsoft Onedrive.

Windows 11 23H2

 

Beim herumclicken fällt mir auch auf das jedes Mal die "Antimalware Service Executable" anschlägt und anscheinend auch scannt. Ich schätze mal das löst die Verzögerungen aus.

    Gut gerade selbst gelöst.

    Beim Windows Defender gehört Docutain ausgeschlossen.

    Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection. Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions. Select Add an exclusion, and then select from files, folders, file types, or process.

    Dort habe ich folgende Dinge eingetragen.

    • Datei -> C:\Program Files (x86)\Docutain\Docutain.exe
    • Prozess -> C:\Program Files (x86)\Docutain\Docutain.exe
    • Prozess -> Docutain.exe
