Docutain Premium - functions and price

You have the possibility to unlock extended functionalities of Docutain within a monthly or annual subscription "Docutain Premium".
In this article you will learn which functions are unlocked and how to do so.

General note
The Premium version is only activated for the Google account that was used during the purchase via the App Store. Your subscription will not be transferred if you change your App Store account.

Which functions are included in Docutain Premium?

• Batch Scan
  To further improve efficiency, you can scan multiple pages one right after the other.
• HD Scan
  Scan at maximum resolution for the best scanning results.
• Import PDF files
  You can import and manage all PDF files in Docutain that you can access with this device. The same functionality is available as with a normal scan.
• Save documents publicly
  By default, you can access your documents with Docutain. If you e.g. also want to access it with a file explorer or something similar, you can do this with Docutain Pro. (Only affects this local device, not the data in the cloud if any used).
• Reminders
  You can add reminders to documents. For example, to be reminded that you still have to pay an invoice.
• Export recognized text
  You can export / share the recognized text of the documents as a .txt file.
• Filter
  Filter all pages at once with a single click.
• Document types
  You can edit existing document types and add new ones.
• Delete keywords and document types.
  Extend the editing options for keywords and document types with a delete functionality.

• OneDrive for Business
  Connect Docutain with OneDrive for Business to synchronize your data between multiple devices and as a backup for your data.

• Signature when sending
  You can change/delete the signature when sending documents.

• Pay bills
  Directly instruct your invoices scanned in Docutain to be paid thanks to connected multi-banking apps.

• Upcoming functionalities
  By subscribing, you ensure that you also get access to planned & upcoming functionalities.

• No advertising
  With Docutain Premium, you will not be shown external advertisements.

How can I activate Docutain Premium?

Go to main menu and tap on "Docutain Premium":

Now you will see an overview of the advantages and the buttons to upgrade to Docutain Premium:

Select the monthly or annual subscription and click "Continue" to proceed to payment. You will then be redirected to the App Store for purchase. After payment, you will be activated for Docutain Premium.

How can I check if Docutain Premium is active?

Go to main menu and click on "Docutain Premium".
